Responsibilities

Answering questions and providing guidance to ensure MANNARINO’s compliance with Canadian laws and regulations governing the export of strategic goods, technology, and other controlled items, including:

• Facilitating permit applications,
• Resolving compliance issues by understanding the Export Control List and the Export and Import Permits Act.

Required Competencies

Key areas of expertise include:

• Managing export records,
  
• Providing due diligence/risk mitigation to prevent unauthorized exports or end-uses/end-users.
  

Knowledge of English is required to communicate and work with customers outside the province of Quebec. / La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour communiquer et travailler avec nos clients situés à l'extérieur de la province de Québec.
